Graduate Nurses
Job Summary
The Hospital Management Board seeks passionate and dedicated Graduate Nurses to provide essential nursing care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal employee will work under the supervision of senior nurses and physicians to assist in patient management, monitor vital signs, and ensure high-quality patient care while adhering to medical protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of nursing care plans for patients.
- Support medical teams in diagnosing and treating patients.
- Perform basic procedures such as taking patient history, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications under supervision.
- Assist in patient admission, discharge, and follow-up care.
- Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Hospital Management Board (HMB)
Qualifications & Requirements
- BSc in Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
- NYSC certification or exemption certificate
